Antonia Lightbourne

FOUNDER AND CEO

Meet Antonia, a certified youth leader with the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture - Youth Division. Her passion and love for youth has opened the door for many partnerships with the Youth Division. She is a mentor to many and an agent of change and was named among the top 40 most influential youth under the age of 40 in the Bahamas. She was also awarded a Trail Blazer award at the Iron Network Conference 2013, The Rising Star award at The Power of Her 2019, The Phenomenal Woman Award 2019 at the Phenomenal Women Network Conference and named among the top 48 Millennials in The Bahamas by Project Y Bahamas 2021. Antonia says her purpose in life is to activate a generation to fulfill their purpose and embrace their true selves.

Stermon Rolle

Creative Director

Meet Stermon, a young creative with a passion for music and filmmaking. From a young age, Stermon knew he wanted to pursue a career in the arts, and he worked effortlessly to hone his craft as a singer, songwriter, and director which he has been awarded 2022 After graduating from high school, Stermon joined a Enue who's aim is to empower young adults to make a positive impact in their communities. He quickly got involved in the group's music and arts programs, and soon became a leader within the organization. As the years went on, Stermon's talent and dedication caught the attention of his peers and mentors, and he was eventually elected as the vice president of Enue. In this role, he is responsible for leading and inspiring other young people to get involved and make a difference.

Shantique Rolle

DANCE MENTOR

Meet Shantique, a young woman with a gift for hearing the voice of God and a passion for dance. From a young age, Shantique felt a deep connection to her faith and a sense of purpose in her ability to hear the voice of God. When she joined Enue, Peers and mentors in the organization were instantly drawn to Shantique's commitment to dance and her love of ministry She was eventually given the opportunity to teach dance classes and help others learn how to use dance to express. themselves and connect with their faith. Through her involvement in the organization, Shantique has inspired countless young people to pursue their passions and use their talents to make a positive impact in the world. Her gift for hearing the Voice of God and her dedication to dance continue to guide her on her journey, and she is a shining example of what is possible when we use our talents and passions to serve others.

Gabrielle Shannon

Meet Gabrielle, a young athlete with a passion for sports and a desire to grow in her faith. One day, while scrolling through social media, Gabrielle came across a post about a local youth organization that focused on helping young people grow in their faith and develop their leadership skills. Intrigued by the group's mission and values, Gabrielle decided to check it out. From the moment she stepped into the organization's meetings, Gabrielle knew she had found something special. The group was everything she was looking for in a community - supportive, encouraging, and centered on God. As Gabrielle became more involved in the organization, she was given the opportunity to take on leadership roles and help others grow in their faith and leadership skills.

Enue Global, established in 2009 by Antonia G. M. Lightbourne, was founded with the primary objective of assisting young individuals in recognizing, embracing, and unleashing their inner potential. The Street Team, a dynamic component of the organization, has played a pivotal role in motivating numerous young people throughout the Bahamas to confidently step into their divine purpose. This team has revolutionized the landscape of youth ministry by employing highly effective methods for connecting with and impacting young individuals.

For many, this organization has become a cherished home and an extended family. Here, young people can discover a space where they can connect with God, foster a sense of community, and actively pursue their futures.

The leadership of Enue Global is characterized by a group of exceptional, youthful, and passionate individuals who share a common vision: to inspire, uplift, and guide young people towards a deeper awareness of their inherent greatness and a purpose-driven life.

Members are nurtured through mentorship programs, training sessions, seminars, retreats, conferences, and similar avenues, with a strong belief in offering opportunities for exposure. Enue Street Team places great emphasis on holistic development, acknowledging that to unlock their full potential, young individuals must be strengthened in every aspect: physically, mentally, and spiritually. It takes pride in shaping outstanding leaders capable of creating a positive impact in their spheres of influence.

Enue Global’s ultimate aspiration is to establish a Youth Centre, a comprehensive facility that will provide everything necessary for the advancement of young people. This center is envisioned not only for Nassau, Bahamas, but also for various family islands and beyond, as a means to extend its transformative mission across the globe.
